Thinking of trying a lemon tea fast or cabbage soup diet? Or, perhaps a Master Cleanse? Going on a diet, particularly a crash diet (less than 1,200 calories/ day), is disastrous for your metabolism and can cause your body to enter ‘starvation mode’. But this doesn’t mean you have to be constantly eating… Actually that (to be in continuous feast mode) is NOT recommended, even if total calorie intake per day doesn’t change. The body adapts to burning sugar as its primary fuel, which down-regulates the enzymes that utilize and burn stored fat.

The foods we eat today are nutritionally barren. They’re devoid of the type of live, vibrant, healthy nutrients our body requires. Reasons for sudden weight gain and Rapid weight Gain
